To accurately provide a quote, JBIS or its appointed agents may request personally identifiable information, including but not limited to date of birth, driver’s license number, and Social Security number. This information is used solely for underwriting, rating, and identity verification purposes and is never sold or shared outside the quoting process.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage

Submission of a request for a quote, completion of any online form, or communication with JBIS does not bind coverage or guarantee approval. Coverage is not effective until a policy has been issued by an authorized insurance carrier and all applicable premiums have been paid.

6. Washington Residents – Personal Injury Protection (PIP)

In accordance with Washington state law, all licensed agents must offer Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage when quoting automobile insurance. PIP provides no-fault benefits for medical expenses, lost wages, and funeral costs following a covered accident, regardless of fault.

• Standard Limits: $10,000 for medical expenses, up to $200 per week for income loss (capped at $10,000 total), and up to $5,000 for funeral expenses.
• Who Is Covered: Policyholders, household members, step/foster children, and non-family passengers or pedestrians injured in the accident.
• Filing Deadline: PIP claims must be submitted within three (3) years of the accident date.
• Exclusions: Injuries sustained during felonies, racing, or operation of excluded vehicles such as motorcycles, mopeds, or recreational vehicles.
• Waiver Option: Clients may choose to decline PIP coverage in writing. JBIS will document acceptance or waiver before binding coverage.

7. State-Specific Licensing and Compliance

JBIS maintains licensing in Montana, Washington, Idaho, North Dakota, Arizona, and Tennessee. All business is conducted in compliance with the applicable state laws and insurance department regulations for each jurisdiction.

8. Electronic Communications

By providing your contact information through this site, you consent to receive communications from JBIS via email, phone, or text message regarding insurance products and services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
